Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Customer Service professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
– Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and services
– Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads, schedule appointments, and close sales
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities
– Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed of product updates, company policies, and industry trends

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or service-based environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
– Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
– Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office, CMS and Social media.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Availability to work Monday to Friday
